This Standard Support Plan is ideal for pre-planned changes to a website, scheduled well in advance. It provides for an allocated amount of work per month if required*.
Use the time for anything you need on your store, like banner design or updates, page content updates, product page templates, landing pages, design changes etc.
If you want the majority of your requests completed in a shorter time-scale a Priority Support Plan may be more suitable.
Standard Support Plan Terms:
Fees are per calendar month, payable in advance by Direct Debit, and are non-refundable.
Time is available for use within the month paid for.
Up to 25% discount available off Ad-hoc rates.
Time can be used for support/configuration advice, template tweaks, feature updates etc.
Standard Support Plan requests are scheduled within 1 month, usually within 10 working days.
