Due to the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) in the UK, our office is closed from 16th March 2020 until further notice.
This does mean that we won't be available over the telephone, but the majority of our communication is through our helpdesk, by email, or live chat, so there shouldn't be any noticeable change for you.
Remote working is much easier these days, particularly in tech industries. We regularly have online meetings with BigCommerce, and some of our clients, so we've just moved our team meetings online too. We use instant messaging all the time anyway, and we've already had a few video meetings with colleagues today!
