How We Schedule Jobs

We are occasionally asked for more detail about our Job Turnaround options: Priority scheduling within 2 working days Standard job scheduling within 5 working days Start Dates If you select ‘Standard job scheduling within 5 working days’ – a start date is given to the job during our weekly scheduling meeting (usually on a Monday).  When your job has a start date it’s added to our Job Queue, and our developers then work through that list. . Depending on the size of the job, and our workload, the start date could be up 10 working days after the order was placed. . Optimising Images

The images you use can dramatically affect the performance of your website. You can optimise images to improve the experience for your visitors. Here’s a quick checklist you can use to help you upload appropriate images for your store: Resize your image to the correct size. It only should only be the maximum size it can be displayed at on a visitor’s screen.  A 1000 x 1000 image displayed in a 500 x 500 container is 4 times bigger than it needs to be! Check you’re using the appropriate image format. Use GIFs and PNGs for small images with a limited palette, transparency (and animation if needed) like logos, icons and design elements. Price Discount Badges highlight sale items

You’re running a great sale, you’ve worked out the pricing carefully, how can you make the most of it?  How do visitors know which products are reduced, and which have the best discounts? Eye-catching Price Discount Badges displayed next to products throughout your store draw attention to items on sale. Once installed, the badge only appears on products with a Retail Price and Sale Price.  It shows either the percentage discount you’re offering, or the value of the discount in your currency.
