Mini-cart

We have expanded on the standard BigCommerce mini-cart, which only appears once you have added items and refreshed the page, to a persistent, Ajax powered version which live updates.
Our mini-cart can also display an expanded list of its contents when your customer hovers over it.
Customer Messages and Abandoned Cart notifier

Increase customer confidence by reacting quickly to their questions.
Currently, the BC customer account messaging service only notifies you about customer messages when logged into the store control panel. Our module emails you notifications when a customer gets in contact through their account section.
In addition, we monitor your store regularly and send alerts whenever a prospective customer abandons their cart. Our email includes all of their contact details so you can get in touch make that conversion.
BigCommerce Advanced
Date Picker

A number of our clients found that the standard product delivery date field in BC couldn’t work for them, because their couriers could not meet delivery dates, such as weekends or public holidays.
We have developed a date picker module which blocks out specified dates, making them unavailable and non-selectable. The script is easily updated with disallowed dates, and these can also be overridden for special instances, i.e. a florist client of ours never delivers on Sundays, but makes an exception on Mothers Day.

We have been developing API extensions for BC since the days of its predecessor, Interspire Shopping Cart.
Now into version 2, we have been able to use the API to interface accounts systems, email reminders and internal status boards with the BigCommerce core.
